MW Strategic Advisors LLC was founded by Matt Weber to help medtech and product-focused organizations navigate complex development and execution challenges with clarity, discipline, and practical judgment.
Matt brings more than 20 years of experience leading product development, manufacturing, and cross-functional execution. He most recently served as Vice President of R&D and Operations at FlexDex Surgical, where he led multidisciplinary efforts spanning development, manufacturing, intellectual property, and operational readiness.
His background includes product launches, manufacturing scale-up, commercialization planning, board-level communication, and participation in financing and diligence-related activities.
